Getting Started

Whether you’re a complete beginner or haven’t driven for a while, it’s simple to get back behind the wheel. My lessons are designed to help you build confidence, develop your skills, and become a safe driver.

What You Need

Before starting lessons, you’ll need a provisional driving licence. If you don’t already have one, you can apply online via the DVLA or pick up an application form at your local Post Office. For full details, visit the ‘Applying for a provisional driving licence’ section on the Directgov website.

If you already hold a provisional licence, or you’ve passed your test and have a full licence (and you’re not disqualified), you won’t need to apply again before booking lessons.

Book a Lesson

Once you’ve got your provisional licence, you’re ready to book. You can choose to start with individual lessons or make the most of my block booking discounts for better value.

Pass Plus

Pass Plus is an advanced training course created by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) in partnership with insurers and the driving instruction industry. It’s designed for new drivers who want to take their skills to the next level.

The course builds on what you’ve already learned, helping you develop greater awareness, forward planning and the ability to handle a wide range of driving situations and hazards. Completing Pass Plus can also make you a more confident driver — and many insurance companies offer discounted premiums to those who complete it.

As a registered Pass Plus instructor, I can provide this training once you’ve passed your driving test.
